Refund policy

If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipping or have any questions, please get in touch with our customer care team by emailing  inquiries@fulrcumnails.com.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, AND OTHER PRODUCT ISSUES
We do our best to choose only the highest quality products to send to our customers. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. STANDARD RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis with the goal of ensuring our customers are satisfied. We stand behind our products and hope customers are happy with their purchases but know that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary.   

Please note our below criteria for eligible returns and exchanges:

  • All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
  • All products must be unused.
  • All products must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as shipped.
  • All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be redeemed for store credit, refund, or exchange.
  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • Upon inspection, the returned product has to be in resellable condition. Your return may be rejected if there are signs of use upon receiving them.

Items with any of the following conditions cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All sale items.
  • Products with broken product seals.
  • Products that have been damaged through customer use or abuse.
  • Products not purchased through fulcrumnails.com

Note: Returned products will be inspected and if they are determined to be used, damaged through customer use or abuse, or otherwise tampered with, they will be non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original form of payment.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Make sure your item fits our return/exchange criteria above.
  • Start your return by sending an email to administrator@pareacollective.com. For returns, please use the subject line: "FULCRUM RETURN". For exchanges, please use the subject line: "FULCRUM CHANGE". 
    • You will need your order number, along with your email address, phone number, or zip code that you purchased under in the email requesting the refund or exchange.
  • Send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. If available, we recommend noting the tracking number from your shipping label. Customers are responsible for any associated shipping charges.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Products that are returned will either be issued a refund in the original form of payment or exchanged for an item of similar value, based on the customer's preference.  
  • Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • Returns & Exchanges that do not meet our criteria, including return instructions, are subject to delayed processing times, store credit, restocking fees, or denial.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed.
